Retarder Proofer
Accurately controls humidity and temperature to accelerate or delay the proofing process of dough so that proofed dough can be ready at any time required.

We offer both reach-in and roll-in models.

Kolb 2-Door Retarder Proofer
Allows the baker to pre-set programs within 24 hours to control the fermentation process of dough, in two separate proofing chambers.
It is ideal for an open kitchen bakery.

• Pre-set program for different settings within 24 hours
• The upper and lower proofing chambers can work separately
